Robert Childers: In June, 2009, my family and I were able to take a trip to the Holy Land. As soon as we returned, I began to think about the next trip. The more I talked about the Holy Land, the more people said they were interested in visiting this remarkable land. This blog will attempt to document our Pilgimage to the Holy Land. Our route will begin in Egypt, cross the Sinai--with a trip to St. Catherine's Monastery at the foot of Mount Sinai, enter Jordan--Petra and Mount Nebo, and then into Israel. As nearly as possible, the trip will follow the Exodus from Egypt into the Promised Land.
